About the Hotel

Guests under the age of 18 can only stay when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Photo identification and credit card are required upon check-in at the hotel. When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The fitness center is free for hotel guests. The wellness center is extra charged (except Deluxe rooms). Only childer older 10 years could enter the wellness center accompanied by their parents. Please note dogs and cats are allowed, max. weight 25kg. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of 884 CZK per day, per pet. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed per room. Guide dogs free of charge. Please note that massages must be booked in advance.
