About the Hotel
Opposite Bath Spa Station, this Georgian-style hotel offers fine cuisine and free Wi-Fi. It has an excellent location close to shops and about 650 metres from the Roman Baths. The famous architect, Brunel, designed The Royal in the 19th century. Its rooms decorated in a traditional style with soft duvets and goose and down pillows. The restaurant Brasserie Brunel restaurant has been designed in the style of a Parisian brasserie. There is also a bar, plus the recently created residents lounge. The restaurant is well known for excellent food and specialises in great steaks. Fixed-price and à la carte menus are served at lunch and dinner in addition to home-made bar food. There are a number of car parks within about 50 metres of The Royal and limited parking on site.
