Hotel Gerl – urban soul meets alpine vibes Just two minutes from the A1 and 15 minutes from Salzburg city centre lies the 4-star Hotel Gerl in Wals – quietly located but easily accessible. The airport is a five-minute drive away. Wi-Fi and public parking? Free of charge, of course. Our rooms are relaxed, comfortable and stylishly furnished. Many even have a balcony with a view of the mountains – perfect for taking a deep breath. View Club – Adults Only (from 21 years) From May to mid-September our View Club becomes a summer location for adults. Pool, beats, drinks, view – this is the place to party. And Saturdays are especially relaxed: from 12 pm to 6 pm our local DJs play – easy vibes, no rush, just good sounds and a relaxed atmosphere. Opening hours during the summer season (May to the end of August): - View Club: 12 pm to 10 pm - Food: 12 pm to 6 pm - Drinks: 12 pm to 7 pm - Infinity pool: 12 pm to 10 pm - Panorama sauna: 6 pm to 10 pm in good weather, 11 am to 10 pm in bad weather. Sun loungers – it's best to reserve them. The View Club is particularly busy on weekends. If you want to be on the safe side, reserve a sun lounger in advance. Indoor loungers cannot be reserved – it's first come, first served. Saturday: - Double lounger in the front row: €50 per person, with a minimum consumption of €100 per double lounger. - Double lounger on the 4th floor: €50 per person, no minimum consumption. Sunday: - Double lounger in the front row: €50 per person. - Double lounger on the 4th floor: €30 per person. View Club in winter mode – October to April. Even in winter, things remain relaxed: The View Club is open daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The pool and sauna are also available from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. A small contribution to the environment: We deliberately avoid disposable slippers. If you'd like, you can get GERL's flip-flops at reception for €3 – which you can keep, of course. Hotel Gerl – that's a relaxed lifestyle with a view of the mountains. Relaxed & casual.
